ZSPORT is an independent shop. It has no commercial, contractual or representative relationship with any vehicle manufacturer or with their official dealer or service networks. Vehicle brands (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Toyota, Porsche, MINI and any other mentioned) and the tool and equipment brands shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are named solely to indicate the vehicles serviced and the equipment used.
The content of this site (texts, cases, photographs, graphics, technical descriptions and the organization of the catalog) is the property of ZSPORT or is used with permission, and is protected by Argentine Intellectual Property Law 11.723. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without the owner's written permission is prohibited. The files and calibrations delivered through the store are for the use described in the terms and may not be redistributed.
Automated access to the site and the store (scraping, bulk copying of the catalog, price or file crawling) without written permission is prohibited. The information on this site is indicative and may change without notice. Links to third-party sites are offered for reference; ZSPORT is not responsible for their content.
Terms of use of the service store
1. What is offered
The service store sells original calibration files, remaps prepared on the customer's file and file-processing services for automotive electronic units. Each product describes what is delivered, for which unit and within what time frame.
2. Account and credits
Services can be paid with electronic payment methods or with credits loaded into a customer account. Credits are deducted when the processed file is downloaded or a purchase is confirmed; the balance never goes negative. A job the shop cannot perform is refunded in credits to the same account. Credits cannot be exchanged for money.
3. Delivery, downloads and validity
Files are delivered by download from the purchase page and by email. Each purchase allows up to 3 downloads over 7 days from payment. It is the buyer's responsibility to save the file as soon as it is downloaded.
4. Versions and the buyer's responsibility
The same calibration may have several versions that are not interchangeable. The buyer chooses the version their unit requires; ZSPORT cannot verify the unit remotely. Before writing any file, the buyer must make a backup read of the original unit. Installation, the use of programming tools and the consequences for the vehicle are the responsibility of whoever applies the file.
5. No refunds once downloaded
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, there are no refunds once the file has been downloaded. If the delivered file does not match what was purchased (for example, a version other than the one chosen), ZSPORT corrects it or refunds the payment.
6. Lawful use and emissions
Files are delivered for use in competition vehicles, off-road use, diagnosis and repair, as applicable. Software modifications that affect emissions control systems may not be legal for use on public roads; it is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with the regulations in force in their jurisdiction.
7. Identification
For certain sensitive services (for example, those related to the immobilizer) identity and vehicle data are required. ZSPORT may refuse a purchase when the information is inconsistent or misuse is suspected.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is subject to the ordinary courts of the city of San Miguel de Tucumán, without prejudice to the rights that Consumer Protection Law 24.240 grants the buyer.
Privacy policy
ZSPORT processes personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory body under that law, handles complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected.
What data is collected
- When buying or creating an account: email address and WhatsApp number; name, license plate or unit identification number when the service requires it.
- The files, photos and reads the customer uploads so their job can be processed.
- Technical data about the device used to buy (device type, browser, IP address) for support and fraud prevention.
What it is used for
To process and deliver what was purchased, report on the status of a job, answer inquiries, issue receipts and meet legal obligations. Data is neither sold nor shared with third parties, except with the providers needed to operate (payment processors, email delivery), who use it only for that purpose.
Retention
Purchase data is kept for as long as tax and contractual obligations require. Files uploaded by the customer are kept for as long as the job and its warranty require.
Data subject's rights
The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion free of charge, at intervals of no less than six months unless there is a legitimate interest, by writing on WhatsApp to +54 9 381 515-1033.
Cookies
The site uses only technical session cookies (to keep the customer account open) and no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
