Terms of use of the service store

1. What is offered

The service store sells original calibration files, remaps prepared on the customer's file and file-processing services for automotive electronic units. Each product describes what is delivered, for which unit and within what time frame.

2. Account and credits

Services can be paid with electronic payment methods or with credits loaded into a customer account. Credits are deducted when the processed file is downloaded or a purchase is confirmed; the balance never goes negative. A job the shop cannot perform is refunded in credits to the same account. Credits cannot be exchanged for money.

3. Delivery, downloads and validity

Files are delivered by download from the purchase page and by email. Each purchase allows up to 3 downloads over 7 days from payment. It is the buyer's responsibility to save the file as soon as it is downloaded.

4. Versions and the buyer's responsibility

The same calibration may have several versions that are not interchangeable. The buyer chooses the version their unit requires; ZSPORT cannot verify the unit remotely. Before writing any file, the buyer must make a backup read of the original unit. Installation, the use of programming tools and the consequences for the vehicle are the responsibility of whoever applies the file.

5. No refunds once downloaded

Because this is digital content delivered immediately, there are no refunds once the file has been downloaded. If the delivered file does not match what was purchased (for example, a version other than the one chosen), ZSPORT corrects it or refunds the payment.

6. Lawful use and emissions

Files are delivered for use in competition vehicles, off-road use, diagnosis and repair, as applicable. Software modifications that affect emissions control systems may not be legal for use on public roads; it is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with the regulations in force in their jurisdiction.

7. Identification

For certain sensitive services (for example, those related to the immobilizer) identity and vehicle data are required. ZSPORT may refuse a purchase when the information is inconsistent or misuse is suspected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is subject to the ordinary courts of the city of San Miguel de Tucumán, without prejudice to the rights that Consumer Protection Law 24.240 grants the buyer.

Privacy policy

ZSPORT processes personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory body under that law, handles complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected.

What data is collected

What it is used for

To process and deliver what was purchased, report on the status of a job, answer inquiries, issue receipts and meet legal obligations. Data is neither sold nor shared with third parties, except with the providers needed to operate (payment processors, email delivery), who use it only for that purpose.

Retention

Purchase data is kept for as long as tax and contractual obligations require. Files uploaded by the customer are kept for as long as the job and its warranty require.

Data subject's rights

The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion free of charge, at intervals of no less than six months unless there is a legitimate interest, by writing on WhatsApp to +54 9 381 515-1033.

Cookies

The site uses only technical session cookies (to keep the customer account open) and no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
